Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

It must be in the same condition as received.

You must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, contact us immediately with supporting images. We will review and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

Non-returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns for the following:

Opened or used cleaning products (liquids, powders, etc.)

Custom-labeled or bulk orders

Sale/discounted items

Gift cards

Exchanges
We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different product, you can return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

The refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
